Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our site in Alvin, TX.  The main duties including handling phone calls from our customers and assisting them with their questions or concerns and working to resolve any problems they raise concerning service or billing. A successful CSR must understand the Waste Connections business, so they can resolve various types of customer issues. Customer Service Representatives must show empathy and sensitivity to the customer regarding the issue at hand. This is a very fast paced position similar to a call center position typically handling 50+ calls a day.

This position is Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm.  On top of competitive pay we offer family benefits, 401K, vacation, and year round stable work. 


  • Type 40+ wpm
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Experience handling high call volumes.
  • Must be Bilingual - Spanish/English

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
