We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse operator / Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team.
As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving incoming sales calls, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Receive all incoming sales calls and dispatch calls as necessary.
Coordinate with Sales team and operations to insure product availability for customer orders.
Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase orders or invoices.
Insure shipper compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with operations team to unload and inspect inbound products for damages or order discrepancies Oversee procedural compliance for incoming goods as directed by company policy.
Prepare outgoing shipping documents and oversee by picking, packing, labeling and final quality control inspection of all outgoing loads.
Ensure all shipments are properly documented and recorded in the system Coordinate with customers and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations preferred - Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and procedures - Basic computer skills and Quickbooks experience will be helpful - Strong attention to detail to ensure PHMSA compliance - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines Join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk and enjoy the following
