Summary:
Lead Maintenance Manager on fleet of mobile and permanently placed skid packages in client refineries or plants at various locations.
Plan and direct work of Maintenance.
Technicians in conducting periodic preventive maintenance as well as unforeseen repairs.
Utilize maintenance management software systems to optimize availability and reliability of all equipment.
Schedule outages and coordinate with client operations and management to minimize impacts of outages to their operations.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, and EngineeringDUTIES OR
Responsibilities:
Be aware of and follow company policies, regulations, and requirements.
Understand safety systems and procedures and carry out appropriate functions.
Establish and direct a Preventive Maintenance Program.
Directing Maintenance Technicians and performing maintenance duties on equipment as needed.
Coordinate the work of on-site contractor support at client locations and locally.
Have up to date records/logs on each unit condition and needed parts, identify and stock critical spare parts.
Establish improved parts and tool inventory systems.
Open and close work orders for routine and emergency maintenance.
Troubleshoot and mitigate skid process issues.
Develop and retain skid maintenance procedures.
Attend and positively participate in safety meetings.
Contribute to achievement of company safety goals by complying with rules and procedures.
Set example of proper housekeeping, safe work practices.
Maintain all areas on skids and client's site in clean and orderly manner.
Exhibit sound judgment and cost-effective approach toward purchases.
Create and close work orders and coordinate with warehouse manager.
Be creative and innovative in leveraging usefulness of resources.
Be able to identify, evaluate, and implement ways to save money and optimize operations.
Operate and maintain equipment to maximize up-time and service life at least cost.
Possess necessary computer skills in CMMS and MS Office Suite and Outlook.
Exhibit a thorough knowledge of and take responsibility for duties of his/her job position.
Be flexible and handle change on short notice and stressful conditions.
Be able to perform duties with limited supervision.
Be able to comprehend and carry out detailed instructions.
Accurately and competently process all reports in a timely manner.
EXPERIENCE AND
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years' experience working in petrochemical industry, military training, and engineering coursework completion a plus.
Plant/refinery operations/maintenance experience is highly preferred.
Ability to successfully complete job-related training provided.
Experience in maintenance/operations of amine/glycol systems is a plus.
Experience in electrical & instrumentation /pneumatics troubleshooting is a plus.
Experience in IT networking, remote communications and control systems is a plus.
Requires a rudimentary understanding of refinery processes.
Must be able to understand and explain basic chemistry and physics concepts.
Requires a firm grasp of the English language, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate courteously with customers and others in a manner appropriate for the audience.
Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
The ability to stay calm and reason through problems in stressful situations.
Physically capable of lifting 5-70 pounds.
Must work as a team player, be punctual, dependable, and prepared for each shift.
A willingness to work on short notice and to work overtime when necessary.
Collaborate with fellow employees and be willing to learn from others.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
