Reports to the Facility Administrator with a dotted line relationship with the Regional Director of Rehab 2.
Manages and coordinates therapy staff (Full-time, Part-time, Contract and PRN) Therapists, Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians in one or more facilities.

Communicates regularly with the Regional Director of Rehab QUALIFICATIONS Physical and Sensory Requirements (With or Without the Aid of Mechanical Devices):
Mobility (includes walking, good balance), reaching, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, ability to see and hear, ability to read and write, ability to communicate with patients, family members, personnel, and ability to remain calm under stress.
Graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology with a Certificate of Clinical Competency.
Current licensure as a therapist in the state of practice.
Management and supervisory skills.
Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
Must possess problem-solving skills of the type and at level necessary to accomplish the job.
Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to relate professionally and positively to Patients, Patients family members, and Facility staff.
Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
Must meet all local health regulations, pass post-offer drug test, and pass post-employment physical exam if required.
Must be capable of performing the Responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Full-time status.
