Direct, coordinate and monitor custodial services for all district facilities.
Establish cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness and efficiency of building operations so that full educational use of the facilities can be obtained.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED Valid Texas Driver's License Ability to read, write, speak and understand and give verbal and written instructions in English and Spanish Special Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrate leadership ability in working in a custodial department Must be self-motivated Ability to follow instructions Basic computer skills Ability to work well with diverse employee groups Ability to demonstrate organization skills Ability to read and understand/teach instructions for cleaning and safety procedures Strong knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions associated with the work Knowledge of minor repair techniques on custodial equipment Ability to teach/operate cleaning equipment Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies and maintain custodial inventory
Experience:
Two years custodial supervisory experience preferred Salary:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
