The role involves liaising with the sales, operations, marketing and R&D Teams to provide key product costings for exploring new potential business, reviewing and directing improvements for ERP, MRP & MES systems to support manufacturing product efficiencies, and sharing information with R&D to assess priority selection of products to be reviewed or tested.
Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Duties Coordinating the Commercial processes with a focus on driving the commercial team's responses to customer and managers needs for information in the form of reports, quotations and/or queries Continuously work to lower the companies' risks by implementing and driving good business practices concerning contracts, pricing and leadership decisions Implement and develop information systems that are intuitive to use to provide and support the business with group, and to assist with with relevant information to inform business decisions.
Encourage the group to continue maintaining those systems with good quality information to benefit internal and external stakeholders.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to push contracts through their lifecycle whilst maintaining the lowest risk to the business.
Ensuring that all stakeholders, such as administration, operations, and finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations, reflecting them accurately.
Identify, prevent and in cases resolve contractual and commercial problems Identify and drive improvements of the company's procedures, standards or policies while sticking to business edicts and regulatory guidelines local, national travel to company sites and external stakeholders will be required.
