As a Chiropractic Assistant, your responsibility will be to manage the office and patients.
You will be the first person at the desk who speaks with potential patients and it is very important to make a good first impression.
Must have a great personality and be a people person.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling incoming calls and able to offer a high level of customer service.
In addition to taking calls, you will perform administrative tasks such as scheduling patients, keeping up the flow of a high paced office, ordering office supplies, documentation of paperwork, charting patients, direct patient interaction, going out into community and marketing, filing paperwork, maintaining cleanliness of the office, etc.
Need to have a positive personality, strong work ethic, and a self motivator.
Applicant must be able to pass a background check.
Bilingual a plus, but not required.
Requirements.
Must be proficient Microsoft office products.
Be able to work on a medical EHR program.
Answering a multi lined phone.
Be able to operate a fax/printer machine.
Must be responsible for cleaning the office and keeping it tidy.
