Our ideal candidate is a positive, coachable, and dependable team-oriented individual who is driven to provide 5-star customer service in a professional, positive, and friendly manner.
As a Bilingual Customer Service Loan Specialist, you will be the face of Sun Loan, interacting daily with our customers both in-person and over the phone.
In our small team environment, each person plays an important role in the company's success, supporting customers within the community in problem-solving their financial needs.
Job duties include:
Assess customer's loan needs and provide valuable solutions.
Process new loans and manage communication regarding account status.
Execute collection calls on overdue accounts.
Generate new sales leads through marketing and community networking.
Other duties as assigned.
Must have availability to work:
Monday - Thursday 8:
30 am - 5:
30 pm.
Fridays 8:
30 am - 6:
00 pm.
Saturdays 8:
30 am -12:
30 pm (rotational basis related to office needs).
Some overtime may be required.
