00 Hour for training We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric Guest Service Representative to be a part of our team.
Besides providing support to guests, you will also be undertaking basic administrative duties and ensuring customer is taken care of throughout their purchasing experience.
As the focal point of contact for the guests, you will be addressing the guests concerns in a professional manner.
You will be required to handle several guests at one time and multi-task skills are essential.
You should also be able to promote the our store and brand.
Your ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality will be resourceful.
